[Hiring] - Backend dev interns wanted in Bengaluru (multiple spots open)

We're trying to fix online reviews by building a platform where reviews actually come from people you trust, not bots or fake 5-star spam. Hiring interns to help build the guts of it.

Stack: python + django, mongodb/postgres, celery, aws/gcp, plus some AI/LLM stuff for catching fake reviews and summarizing real ones.

What you'll actually work on: auth, review storage, feeds, whatsapp-based review flows, async pipelines, and eventually embeddings/vector search for recs.

📍 On-site(BTM Layout) · 3-6 months · ₹20k/month stipend · contract-to-hire (real conversion + ESOPs if it works out)

Looking for someone solid in python, comfy with REST APIs & git, who actually enjoys messy real-world problems over neat textbook ones.

Small team, zero bureaucracy, your code ships the same week you write it.

If this sounds like your vibe, comment on this post or DM me for next steps

Most review platforms are full of bots and fake 5-star spam. We're building Rivyou to fix that - reviews from people you actually trust, not paid ones. Looking for a few backend interns to help build it out.

You'd be working with: python, django, mongodb + postgres, celery for async jobs, aws/gcp, and some LLM work on the side (spotting fake reviews, auto-summarizing real ones).

Day to day you'll touch things like user auth, storing/serving reviews, feed logic, our whatsapp review flow, and background pipelines. Down the line - embeddings and vector search for recommendations.

On-site in BTM Layout · 3-6 months · ₹20k/month · contract-to-hire, with ESOPs if you convert.

We're not after someone who's only done tutorials - want folks who are solid in python, know their way around REST APIs and git, and don't mind ambiguous, real problems.

Small team, no red tape, whatever you build goes live fast.

DM or comment to know more.

Running my first case competition. 5 days to deadline. Momentum is flattening and I don't know what to try next

We're running our first national case competition - winner gets Rs. 50,000 cash prize and an additional budget to execute their growth strategy with us, plus PPIs for top performers.

We're at 650+ teams. Feels good on paper, but I know it can be a lot more and the daily add is dropping. Deadline is 20 July.

Things I've already tried: LinkedIn(working okayish), Instagram ads (spending, not converting), Unstop(impressions have gone down drastically), cold emails to 250 college E-cells (weak response), a small ambassador program (half go quiet after signing up).

If you've run a competition, hackathon, or community campaign before, what did you do in the final week that actually moved the needle? Genuinely stuck and looking for advice from people who've been in this exact spot. Roast the setup if you want, I'll take it.

Link in first comment if anyone wants to see the format. Genuinely more interested in getting ideas than sign-ups from this thread.
