Anyone went front Dsp to Casemanager?
My casemanager quit, and ive been considering applying for the job, just wondering if anyone on here has done it, we do have casemanagers that have done that but im in my 60's, i don't plan on retiring anytime soon, i ran a home daycare for 32 years so I don't have experience in managing a business but I never had employee. Thoughts?
