For the past week my 2 intake fans barely spin the top one doesn't spin at all. I've tried tweaking settings in bios as well as settings in the lian li application. Can someone please help me. My pc starting to run hot is really bothering me

Hello. If anyone is knowledgeable on the area I really need some help please. My 3 front fans on pc aren't spinning and the rgb lights aren't working but my other fans work perfectly fine. Anyone have a fix? I've tried software updates, shutting the pc down and draining the power etc still nothing. Would really appreciate any help
