I can’t seem to get a rx for this. I don’t know why

For one I’m in a state that doesn’t work with alot of these online retailers of drugs. Edit * Alabama

But also, the one I found that will ship to my state only will offer me Sema.

Did anyone else struggle with that? How do you get the drug of choice?

I was already on Sema when I lived in a different state and only lost 20 lbs in 7 months even with a lot of diet mods (stopped drinking, been on whole :0 for 6 months) and way higher cardio (6-10 miles/ day walking) so I want to try tirz.
I feel so much better however, the fat is still there. I added in weight training and yoga. All good things. It’s the brain and food noise it just doesn’t stop.

Should I wait to take wfr in Colorado? Or is it the same everywhere

I’m currently staying in the south east but will be in the mountains of Colorado full time again soon.

Would it be better to take a WFR course where will be living and working in altitude and mountains? Or are the courses pretty much the same? I have time now so that is why I care…. But if courses are designed for the local elements I will wait

Thanks all

After a very lovely week together , we fly 4200 miles opposite directions again

We met in real life, so we didn’t start online like many here. We were together for maybe 6 weeks short and sweet before we both left apart. Whirwind perfection type of connection. Could have just said good bye, it was fun while it lasted. But we both felt there was something real here and worth waiting for. So we decided to do distance.
We just met for a week after few months apart.
Now he is taking a job in a remote part of world, limited service or internet. Could be days or weeks without check ins. I am going back to school.
As of now, our time apart will be two years of distance and we plan to see each other twice a year on breaks for 2 week intervals.

I am thankful that we met even when neither of us was looking for a person because we were both in a very seasonal job and town. But meeting in person was like magic.

I am thankful he is not jealous type. He is very open and trusting. I think because there is no pressure from either of us, it can work. I had partner in past that put too much pressure and it was so stressful so it failed. I was depressed and had to end it.

I am cautiously optimistic that we can close the gap in 2.5 years after school as I will be willing to relocate if necessary by then. Problem is my professional license doesn’t really work in his place, but that is resolvable but may take even one more year.

Anyway wish us luck, we do that same for you
