I have a 2015 Tc I bought early this year. When I got it it came with just one aftermarket key without a remote, and a non functional viper remote start system. I didn’t want to fuck with the remote start, so I went to a locksmith and got a good deal on an OEM key fob with remote.

The locksmith cut the key and got the chip programmed, but the keyless entry parts of the remote did not work. He said it was probably due to the remote start system having to bypass the security systems - and I would have to get the system removed to program it. Locksmith charged me nothing despite ordering and cutting the key for me which is crazy .

I got the remote start professionally removed (they tried to fix it but module was fried) and took it back to the locksmith to get that key programmed. Still didn’t work. This time the car went into programming mode, which before it wasn’t, so theres some progress, but it appears my car is not accepting signal from the remote.

The locksmith is using the OBD2 port to program. This second time he tried on board programming too, and got the locks to cycle and all that but it still wouldn’t program. He tested and confirmed the remote is sending signal so it’s not a battery issue or anything like that. It’s a refurbished OEM remote with a non OEM shell.

Any advice is appreciated. He is ordering a different remote now free of charge to see if that works. They’ve done a lot of stuff for free for me at this point so I’m hoping there’s a good solution to this. I really want a remote lol

Have not seen that unit even once this season. To be fair I’ve only seen Pekka and Monk like once or twice.

It really pisses me off that they put the boss units (most fun orb imo) only on the final orb. If they’re gonna do that they at least should’ve removed the elixir as an option from that orb.

Back in like October of 2025 my wife and I decided to quit vaping. I had previously had some form of nicotine nearly every day for like 10 years. We were going on like a month, over the hump and it was feeling doable.

Then I had my annual check up, and I shared with my doctor that I was quitting vape. She was obviously happy to hear that, but she shared an anecdote that for some reason just totally broke my spirit.

She said: “I have a friend who quit smoking 30 years ago, and says she still craves a cigarette whenever she gets in her car to drive home after work.”

I was like….why tf would you tell me that 😭…it’s just truly depressing to think that cravings never go away. I know I can resist the craving, but I don’t know if I want to do that for the rest of my life lol.

Obviously it wasn’t her fault but it did 100% kill any motivation I had to quit. Granted, I didn’t have much to begin with. I was mostly quitting bc my wife wanted to and I know she couldn’t do it if I continued to vape. I still struggle to come up with reasons to quit other than “it’s lame” , “it’s expensive” or “it’s probably bad for me”.

My wife folded a couple weeks later, and obviously I did too. Now we’re trying again, this time with Desmoxan. It’s totally great at removing the physical urge to vape, but I’m still struggling more than my wife because I simply want to vape. Even without cravings, I’m filling this dopamine hole in my brain in other ways , like binge eating and drinking, which I genuinely feels is worse for me than vaping. I hate to blame things on my ADHD but I do think that’s a piece of this puzzle.

Swear to god I’ve lost like 10 games in a row after this update. Anyone got the patch notes?

A friend of mine got caught swapping tags the other day when we were at goodwill. He does this pretty frequently for clothing items that are ludicrously priced. Not once has a cashier given a second look at any tag.

But the cashier today was the one employee who actually would look twice. She might be the manager or something idk but I’ve seen her on multiple occasions pulling stuff off the floor and saying “oh this needs to go to the online store” and on some occasions even keeping stuff for herself. One time I saw her take a vintage D.A.R.E hoodie off of a new rack and put it in directly into her car. She also takes any pair of jeans that she deems to be “nice”, folds them up and puts them in the glass case at the front…so you can’t even look at them 😭

Anyway…my friend stupidly put a tag from the women’s sweatshirt section on a men’s shirt…and it was the discount color. I was waiting for him to checkout and saw that she immediately clocked the tag swap. She said “oh this tag has been messed with so I’m going to have to put a different price on it.” And he goes “oh okay, how much?” And she goes “I don’t know, I have to take it to the back and see what they put on it.”

Then she went to the back. We waited for a couple minutes and I said to my friend: “hey man what if she’s calling the cops back there or something”. He then asked another employee to ring up his other items and we left before she got back. Idk if she was calling the cops or not but man anything’s possible with her😂.

Just wanted to share. It’s funny bc literally nobody else who works there would’ve given a single fuck. Let this be a cautionary tale. >!Tag swapping is THEFT.
