Car just got back from front & rear brake work, went to start it the next day, and no start, traced the fault back to this ( we believe) but can’t figure out what may have caused it. I’m guessing maybe the electric e-brake, or maybe fuel pump ?

Anyone else who’s experienced this, what was your cause ?
