The Modem gives off between 400-550 MPS, but the tp-link at most gives 10, I have replace the wires, made sure it's all connected correctly and reset it multiple times. I'm at a loss, the tp link is almost 8 years old

I've just gotten a 2nd hand neptune 4 max, and tried setting it up, but got completely stuck when connecting to to SatelLite, for whatever reason it doesn't list it as a device to connect to, and when I try to do a manual connection it just tells me there's nothing to connect to.
