2015 real world towing limit for short trips

I have a 2015 Tacoma SR5 Access Cab V6 4x4, no tow package. According to the manual I have a 3500lb tow limit, 5500lbs if it had the tow package.

I want to tow a boat/trailer that weighs 5000lbs. I'm only going 2 miles on regular 25/35mph roads to the marina. The tongue weight will be about half of my 1140lbs cargo limit.

Seeing that the tow package only adds the oil and transmission cooler, will I be ok for this short trip?

Next year the boat will be stored at the marina, so it's just for the next few months.

Where's all the runabouts with outboards?

I've finally saved enough to purchase a newer boat $30-40k. I'm specifically looking for a 19-21 foot bowrider with an outboard, 2020-2025 model years.

It's like they don't even exist. Tahoes are available new from Cabellas, but only in the T18 and T16. Lots of deck boats, but I want a more classic bowrider area up front. Everything else is an inboard or jet boat, and oh Lord the amount of pontoon boats.

For months I've been searching marketplace, boattrader, and individual boat dealer's inventory, and I've found exactly one boat, a 2021 Tahoe 550 TS, that was pretty dirty and has sat in storage for 3 years.

All Ive heard lately is that the used boat market is flooded with COVID boats, but I'm not seeing any of that. Where else should I be looking, or what are my alternatives?
