Jeremy Fragance was primal

Or rather sort of primal. Saw his comment on a wieiad of paul saladino from 6 years ago when he was still eating raw meat and minimal fruit. Coming from Germany, where jeremy is a big star and a meme amongst young peope, I was flabbergasted. I watched some diet videos from his channel from years ago in which he heavily promoted raw meat, even organs, canned mackerel or fish liver and stuff like that. No wonder he was so good-looking. Here is his comment and the yt video Was CarnivoreMD an einem Tag isst! :

How typical Germans ate in the 40s and 50s

I visit my grandma every friday. We go to a butcher and buy ground meat together. She cooks it and eats a little bit raw and I dont cook it. She always talks about what her parents and grandparents ate.

Back then, nearly every household either had some backyard chickens or pigs. The allies bombed my grandmas home in 44 so she lived her first years in the church with her family. After that even they had some chickens. Every other morning every child from her small village would collect milk from the milkman. It was propably raw, pasteurisation wasnt really a thing in rural areas. They made sour milk out of it or baked with it.

Her dad bought a pig every month and butchered it himself. She remembers having to churn the collected blood so that it wouldnt coagulate which she hated (already some "brainwashing"), they probably made soup or german blood sausage out of it. Her mother loved the brain which she fried in ghee in a pan and ate it on sourdough, my grandma also hated that. This was normal just 70 years ago, nowadays my sister a few generations later is vegetarian and my brother thinks milk in general is unhealthier than cola zero because it has more calories and bacteria. All the traditions and normal healthy food will mostly be forgotten with the death of my grandmas generation and are already nearly extinct.

Her grandma baked liver with onion/ bacon a lot which my grandma actually loved. I asked her about raw meat and she said her parents ate tatar every wednesday in a local restaurant and also mett (raw pork) a lot. They also had festivals in the town ( we call it "schlachtfest" which translates to butchering festival) where a pig was killed and some parts where eaten raw by the men but the majority was cooked and enjoyed by the whole village. The highlight was "kesselfleisch" which is boiled pigs head and feet made into a soup.

Her dad also cracked some eggs in a cup twice a week with some salt and just drank it which is so wild to me. I mean, he just did it fully because he wanted to as a snack. I eat raw eggs because I know its healthy, he just did it because he felt like it.

When they cooked or baked cakes , they always used lard or butter and surely had grains or vegetables from local farms a lot, also cooked meats a lot but no seed oils or imported produce full of pesticides. They ofc ate potatoes so much.

Sometimes wish I was born back then altough it were tough times to live.

Acne tips? (18/M)

I am done with this bullshit. I have been shoving down raw meat, liver here and there raw butter, raw eggs and a shit ton of raw milk, but my skin looks so bad and dont tell me its some detox. Whats even the point of going out your way, eating raw meat secretly because your family finds it gross, having to stress when eating out, losing friends because they always eat slop and want to go party and spending more money if all I wanted which is clear skin is not happening. I will continue this diet since I do feel good, I just dont look the best ( pimples and dark eye circles) and want to know some tips and tricks to help me. For your interest: Been animal based for 9 months and eating primal for 3 months before that I cut out meat and dairy cause I was told it is inflaming 😭and ate a normie diet without any drugs and never have I ever had alcohol. I use raw kefir or raw butter topically on my skin which helped somewhat but not really. When I eat meat I mix it with organic tomatoes onions and avocadoes and raw butter and/ or egg yolks.

So what could help me ?
