Unsure about the best course of action
One week ago, husband and I purchased a 2021 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport from CarMax. It's been working like a dream, but after coming home from a 4th of July party the engine basically went capoot very suddenly and very abruptly, and we immediately went to CarMax to get it serviced.
Since the service department is closed, we can't get it looked at till Monday at the earliest. Husband and I were given a loaner vehicle in the mean time, but we're at a loss because we don't know what to do.
We both like the car and we do want to keep it. Prior to the incident today it worked perfectly, but we don't want to have a car that is constantly in need of repairs and a part of us wonders if it's best to just get a different car while our 10 Day Return Policy is still active or if we should just wait it out.
