The lofts in West reading and Metropolitan Management questions

Roommates and I are leaving our current place by the end of the year so we need to find somewhere quick around the West reading/wyomissing area. There's 3 people total, and two cats. The one that *seems* nice is the lofts but I am now finding out about the horrible company that runs it.

The reviews are months to years old so my biggest question is for those that currently live there or have within this year, how bad is it currently? We already have a tour scheduled for next Friday so ideas for important questions would be appreciated as well.

I know about shitty neighbors and them bringing pests but want to know if that is still an issue or likely to experience, poor response times to repair issues, and 0 chance of getting security deposit back.

We just need a decent place to stay for 2 to 3 years, and haven't looked for an apartment in many years so figuring this out is a bit rough and therefore any and all help and discussions are wanted.

Is Greentoe something I can trust or is this a scam?

Never used or heard of this place before, but saw someone in a comments section me tion the place around the time I saw it pop up in recommended places to buy a g5. Would it be recommended to go for it or find it somewhere else?

Edit: so it seems like this is legit but I am trying to check out on mobile and it keeps giving me errors without showing anything actually being wrong or missing, I am going to try to continue to check out but now I'm just left confused if anything

Prime day started, leading to disappointment

I was really hoping the 65" g5 would go on sale at least a bit, but I wake up and immediately check, just for nothing to change, and looking at price history I think it even went up.

Now I'm debating on waiting and taking the chance it will go down 4th of July, or buying an open box, never used for about $1,800.

Even the C5 only went down by no more than 100 if even

How to get a Cowboy Experience near Phoenix?

I have family that invited us to stay for a little over a weekend, and I'd like to bring my friend to give them a cowboy experience because it's something we've been talking about for a while. However, places like dude ranches seem to make you buy an overnight room. Does anyone have things to do near Phoenix for the full experience? Any and all help greatly appreciated.

Arizona Cowboy Experience

I have family in Phoenix AZ, and want to bring my friend to do cowboy stuff with, but the only thing I know is Tucson filming locations. Is there anything like a dude ranch but where I don't have to book a room? I will be staying with said family and would like to not have to leave.
