NPS problems with login/activate

I have account with NPS proteantech.
When I am trying to login it says my account is inactive.

Mostly, I might have missed last year's investment, or there is some problem with the website.

Currently, I am not able to login to reactivate the account

I tried contributing directly. It says wrong details.

Is there a way online where I can reactivate the account?
