fridge in hall

hi. I'm an incoming undergraduate who will most probably be staying in a double room in hall. i'm planning to meal prep when i stay in hall. however, from my understanding, there is no communal fridge, and a personal mini fridge requires $80 to declare per semester (unless i hide during room checks). therefore, i have some questions:

  1. from experience, do double rooms have enough space for a small fridge?
  2. where do i buy the fridge from? eg carousell, ikea, department stores, seniors looking to move out of dorm?
  3. what model (s) of fridge are recommended and what will the cost be like? is there a freezer included in these mini fridges?
  4. any problems often encountered when using these fridges in hall eg power trips?

thank you! any response is appreciated :)

taking btt on weekends + opting out of btt lessons

hi! i am looking to take btt on weekends only as i am not free on weekdays. does anyone know how popular and how many slots there are for btt (for the various driving schools) on saturdays?

i’m aware i need to register with a driving school in order to take btt so i did some research and apparently i can self study btt and then register as a private candidate with a school in order to avoid paying for btt lessons (which i dont need). can someone help me verify this information for the various driving schools?
