Is My Method Correct?
So I'm 19M I tried everything, stick to it for most 1 week and go back to old habits and recently the lowest point of my life so I thought, I have all the time in my life so why not start small? Instead of that old stuff like [I will restart my life from Tomorrow wake up at 4 and go to run and workout, cold shower and study 8 hours] instead I started small at first it was sleep schedule, before I would sleep at 1,2 or 3 am and wake up at 11,12 (afternoon) now for first day the task was to sleep at 11pm (even if I can't sleep don't touch mobile) and I did slept around 12 (just laid down for an hour) but woke up around 10:30 am (even though I had 2-3 alarms set up) now that's done for second day it was easier to sleep at 11pm but woke up half hour late compared to my goal of 6am did a revision for around 1 hour and now for 3rd day I did laid down at 11pm but slept around 12 but woke up at right time 6am 😁 and today is that day I will increase my study time today but I'm facing a major problem and that is: tiredness and low on energy wanting to do nothing but lay down and be lazy so if you guys have any solution do comment them or any other method to improve or suggestions I could implement to improve my life I would genuinely appreciate any advice ❤️
