I reached Diamond rank for the first time !

I reached Diamond rank for the first time !

I started playing League of Legends a year and a half ago, and now I'm Diamond thanks to Hecarim, this champ is OP

Keep one thing in mind: the most important stat in the game is movement speed, and Hecarim moves fast and converts his MS into AD haha

If you have any questions, even though I'm only Diamond, I can answer them, whether they're about my gameplay, my builds, or anything else.

What do I need to reach Diamond?

I was lucky enough to reach bronze 4 in Emerald 2 in 300 days, I wonder what I’m missing to make it to Diamond?

My basic game plan is to farm and take one action to back off, for about 15 minutes. Then I focus on objectives while continuing to farm and taking on duels where I know I have the advantage.

Even though it looks like I’m winning quite a bit, I don’t feel confident. Based on my OPGG/DPM stats, what’s the real issue with my playstyle?

One year of League of Legends: I reached Emerald rank by playing just one champion

I finally did it. My friends got me into LoL a year ago. At first, I wasn’t really into it, but then I got sucked into the ranked grind. I started at Iron 4 and kept wondering why I was so bad...

I decided to play only Hecarim. I played him over and over again until I reached a decent level with him, and now I’m really making an impact in my games.

For those who are curious about my gameplay, if it helps: I just focus on farming early on, then do a single action after my farming cycle—like a gank or an objective—and then go back to base.

I keep doing this until about the 15-minute mark, and then after 15 minutes, I stop farming and focus mainly on objectives.

You can all reach at least Emerald—I’m convinced of it. Don’t give up and believe in yourselves!

(I currently have an 80% win rate from my last session: 23 wins and 5 losses.)
