This is my first snake plant and I love him dearly. I noticed this new growth at the bottom of the pot and I’m not sure if it’s just roots? There’s also a new little shoot growing (pic 3). Are those just new roots at the bottom?

Got this plant not too long ago and she’s already pushed out this beautiful funky leaf ✨ First Amydrium so care tips appreciated! She’s sitting on a shelf that gets bright indirect west and north facing light.
