I’ve been accurately tracking calories for weeks and still not losing weight. What am I missing?

I feel completely stuck with weight loss. I’ve been trying seriously for around two years, not just “trying for a week and quitting.” I lost weight before, but now I feel like nothing works anymore no matter how consistent I am.

Right now I track my calories carefully, weigh my food, stay active, walk a lot, and try really hard to stay disciplined. I’ve done calorie deficits for weeks at a time and sometimes I see little to no change on the scale or in my body. It’s making me feel exhausted mentally because everyone keeps repeating the same advice like “just eat less” or “be patient,” but I genuinely feel like I’m already doing that.

I’m short (5’2) which makes it even more frustrating because my calorie needs feel low compared to other people. I also feel like my body holds onto weight very easily. I’ve been told maybe it’s water retention, hormones, stress, inaccurate tracking, etc., but after hearing the same things over and over, I just feel hopeless and misunderstood.
