I have everyday wristpain on keyboard arm, shoulderpain both shoulders and elbow pain

I have a round back, iam 120kg 175cm

I dont know how to setup is perfectly to kill the problems

I got aloudy armrest pads on both
- armrest height is 73cm same as my table

My feet are flat on ground

Iam a male never had anx problems, had noblechair before but wanted to go embody to fix my back pain and posture

Alot of people here including me played rs2/rs3 or osrs

Are there people who never touched a runescape game and just got dragonwilds bcs its a cool survival game?
