Hello All,

Recently got a 65” Samsung QN90F. I enabled Alexa on the TV but whenever I try to use it to set a sleep timer, it tells me it is set but inevitably I wake up with the TV still on. When I switched it over to Bixby, it had no problem setting the sleep timer. Is that just not something it can do with Alexa?

I just recently got a QN90F and have run into a problem that makes me wonder if I didn’t set something up right. I set the tv to use Alexa, but whenever I tell Alexa to set a sleep timer, it says it does it but inevitably I wake up with the tv still on. I switched it to Bixby and it has no issue with it. Is it not possible to do with the built in Alexa?
