About the idea of “consequence encroachment”

Hello ppl, so I finished 2022 beforehand and keep learning from ICT’s YouTube, I was trying to consume some core series including “Forex Market Maker Prime”,
2016 month1 - month 4.
And I the meantime I keep following up the new videos that he uploaded, but I found that there are lots of term that I haven’t heard from 2022, since the 2022 is the simplified version, I wonder where can I find the terms that he hasn’t mentioned but has used recent new videos?

I just want to find out the definition of every new terms such as “consequence encouragement”, ” suspension block”, “breaker block” etc…

He has been using Fib to grade and analyse recently, I wonder where is exact series that he has mentioned those terms and taught the logic behind those?
(And he also mention he taught Order Block, but where can I find it?)

I do note and screen shot basically every episode that he taught, and as a non native English speaker, I sometimes need to replay a same sentence for a few times to catch up what he meant, so maybe I’ll spend 40-60min to his 20 min video if there are lots of info…

It is a pain finishing up all the videos while consuming the newest videos, would you recommend me to watch 2016 mentorship month 1 to month 4 to get a solid definition of those terms? Or the Forex Market Maker Prime?

I’m living in Japan and trading MNQ for now, but since I finish my work quite late (get home after 9:00 NY)
It’s pretty hard for me to catch up the macro times, so I’m also considering to do both Forex and indices.

What would you recommend me to watch first?

Thanks a lot! Sorry for quite a long texts.

Buying Apple products in physical store using international credit card. (Any way to get Instalment)

Hello, I have Zairyu card for 1 year (expire in Feb but I can reapply it in every November)

I wonder if I can go to a physical shop buying a laptop by instalment?

(Or does anyone have paid partial by cash and partial by card)

I can only pay 300000¥ by my PayPay card but the laptop is 330000¥ ish.

Is there anyway to pay by instalment? It doesn’t have to be 24 month, 12, 6, 3 can also be my potions too.

Thanks in advance!

Won, but I am doubting myself about my analysis, so I want to ask about what you see.

*I'm currently working in Japan, so I do some trade during our day time which is the night in New york or mid night when we are in the afternoon)*

* I am not showing off, and I have been learning about a month, using very little position to trade in Bybit Tradfi, (I don't even have a proper broker to trade properly in real indices market, and I dont have enough budget to trade the minimum either.)

I want to ask whether would you treat this as an entry or not?
Because ICT2022 needs a liquidity hunt, but here is no hunt, but bearish BOS.

And I entered after the break, when the price reclaim.

So I got 4 times SL at NewYork time 11:00 - 23:00 (from 6th July night to 7th July morning)

Found the set up and placed order at around 01:45.

So basically HTF are Bearish to me,

I lost 3 trades in our morning, I was ready to go to work, at my work I found the price was reclaiming back to the FVG of the MSS (I thought it was 15min Liquidity but it got broken, the third black horizontal line from the top) ,

So one of my question is that it doesnt have a liquidity hunt, but it does have

a break with an FVG, and the HTF aligned to my bias, so I decided to entry (felt like ok F it because if I lost I will just lose 8$. ( lil bit like gamble?)

The price consolidated for quite a long time, when it reclaim back to BE, I was like alright, My + might become to minus.

And it eventually broke through an important area and hit my TP.

(i'd say this is the best trade I have done so far)

so basically my questions are

  1. I still want to ask If you would treat this as a proper entry or a high risk gamble?

(If it does a hunt, where is it? To me it doesnt have one, I just followed the trend)

  1. I always found that hard to find a real liquidity (or found in 15min but doesn't even hit, or the liquidity i thought been broken.)

*there are multiple swing high, low in HTF to 15, (let's say a 15min swing L, and there's a 1H L below it and not far)

How would you identify the real liquidity? (I'd love to hear your opinion)

I don't want my one win ruin the way I analyse the chart. So I would like to ask if you can point out where did I do wrong, or what I could've done to be better / safer?

Thank you all for your time reading this, I appreciate it, thank you in advance!

Wish you all good trades!

What / how do you consider your RR?

Hello, I have been learning ICT2022 and trying to use it in both indices and crypto.

So as much as i know about this strategy, this is based on Time and the market structure,

If I strictly only do the setups that are more 2R
(And if I also considered the fee in my RR as well)
I found that is difficult for me to entry and then I would miss that.

What do you think about setting your RR in a reasonable ratio, or either way leave the RR and set the SL and TP based on the market structure?
(It became like I had to adjust my TP further to fit the RR which is against the logic of market structure)

I’ve been learning from risk management and consulted with AI, and that recommended me doing setups only higher than 1.5 or 2R (fee included) , it made a spreadsheet for trading journal but basically 7 out of 10 the setups I found doesn’t fit the rule of RR, ( below 2R) ,
So I found that is really hard to find one to enter,

even if there is, the market structure doesn’t allow the price to reach till the TP (it would be too good to be true / ideal situation)
and eventually become an SL and consolidation.

So I’m quite curious about how would you guys take?

Thank you in advance and wish you all a good day.
