We recently released two new 5E books from Arcanum Worlds, and we have made free previews available for both.
The Stygian Passage is a complete level 1–13 campaign created by RPG video game veteran James Ohlen, Hugo Award-winning author Adrian Tchaikovsky,. The adventure begins in the city of Malborn and eventually takes the heroes into the Nine Hells.
The Chivalric Handbook expands the campaign with new player options, including subclasses, species, backgrounds, and the Mythic Callings system.

We wanted to share a quick progress update and a few sneak peek screenshots from the Roll20 development.
The Great Labors is now very close on the module side. The map pages, dynamic lighting, SRD sheets, module text, and most journal hyperlinks are completed. The remaining work is focused on monster sheets, linked monster tokens, and monster hyperlinks.
Reavers of Oath and Ruin is close behind. The text has been imported and formatted, and the maps have been prepared for Roll20. The next steps are uploading the maps, adding dynamic lighting, finishing hyperlinks, setting up monster sheets, and placing linked tokens.
After that, work will move fully into the main Odyssey of the Dragonlords module.
The remaining 2024 player-facing compendium content, including backgrounds, species, subclasses, feats, spells, and similar options, is still waiting on Roll20’s internal 2024 sheet and data uplift process. Our structured data has already been reviewed and approved, and Roll20’s current estimate is that the remaining uplift work will happen after Gen Con, with a possible September to October completion window.
The free digital token pack is separate from the Roll20 modules, and our current estimate is that it will be fulfilled within the next two weeks.
On the physical production side, we have also been working through the final details with our printer. One important item was the slipcase design. Because the books are large and substantial, we wanted to make sure the slipcase would be sturdy while still allowing the books to be removed easily. We have now adjusted the design and are moving forward into sample production.
