I couldn't make the last two stripes transparent unfortunately because there seems to be no transparency tools for flags but I fixed the angle issue

It's relatively simple but I tried making it as close to the real thing as possible. As I get better at designing I will make more complex and unique designs in the future.

I'll be starting off with simple designs like real country flags and then I'll move on to more complex designs and stuff.
