I quit smoking. Yayyyy. The problem is that I switched to chewing gum. I also have a job that includes a lot of talking to clients. The way I chew gum that hits the stim spot is loud and looks quite trashy. I’m looking for recommendations. Is there any stim thing/toy/anything that:
- includes moving the muscles around your mouth
- doesn’t harm me (like nail biting, lip biting, inner cheek biting)
- doesn’t produce sounds (like chewing gum)
- doesn’t look sexual (like biting pencils, pens, lip biting)
- doesn’t impair my speech (putting half a package of tictacs feels great but I can’t speak like that)
- doesn’t contain nicotine (no cigarettes, vapes, snuss)?

What would be perfect is nicotine free snuss but I don’t want to go back to snuss since I was super addicted to nicotine snuss. Does anyone have experience with shoving a piece of cotton on your gum just for the feeling? Or something like that?

Maybe there is some type of hard candy that with right technique can be used discretely and provides this feeling?

I’m going on vacation for the first time in 3 years. Since my last vacation I started ADHD meds (lots of different ones, currently Medikinet - metylophenidate) and I am wondering about your experiences stopping medication during vacations. I originally planned to stop for vacation as meds make me more focused after taking them but I get an energy crash after a few hours and I wouldn’t want to experience it during vacation. I will be walking around the city that is my special interest itself so problems focusing won’t be present. I am mostly wondering about energy levels and some side effects. I am afraid I will feel sluggish on the first day and my vacation is only a few days so I don’t want to waste time. As AuDHD people probably understand I can’t try to stop before leaving because I procrastinated a lot of things and my last days before vacation are quite hectic at work.

Do you have any experiences with stopping ADHD meds during vacation?

I’m looking for packs recommendations, all included, kits as well. I’m not opposed to CC but I strongly prefer maxis aesthetic so maybe some CC also applies.

I want to build a town, with rentals, community lots, houses. I want it to look realistic in terms of a functional town but it doesn’t necessarily need to be gameplay compatible.

I’m looking for packs with multiple varied build-buy objects for building community lots/public spaces, possibly rentals.

So far I loved Get To Work and Get Together for these purposes.

I like to imagine what I’m doing as a virtual miniature trains town.
