He’s a bit short, but still in scale. I don’t mind the height difference…Lex wasn’t really portrayed as being tall until Superman: The Animated Series, and his physical attributes sometimes vary from appearance to appearance.

Added wired capes and logo decals to the new Mattel Batman and Robin figures. I also added a bit of paint to the bottom of Robin’s tunic on the sides, but it’s difficult to see with the belt in the way. Tried to get them to match the Dan Mora “World’s Finest” designs as closely as I could.

Kitbashed this Kano from 10 different figures, mostly McFarlane. Since the MKK line is based primarily on Mortal Kombat II, this is my concept (Koncept?) of what Kano might have looked like in that game had he been more than just a background sprite and actually been a playable character.

Also repainted all the purple parts, painted the lower jaw to better match the upper jaw, added more metallic paint to the armor, gave him a custom sword made from an extra Thundercats sword and a custom-painted display base.
He still says I’m an insipid fool. 🤷🏻‍♂️
