I shot an exterior video yesterday using an Insta360 X5

What are you competing on? Every real estate photographer and media company I've spoken to offer all of these...
If almost everyone is offering all of the same things, what the hell are you competing on?
If you have an iGuide, have you ever done a site plan with it?
I just got off the phone with a client. She wants to have a site plan?
Yes, I know that some/most MLS systems allow outside links for virtual tours but, that still buries Matterport. As an aside, I've often wondered what good outside virtual tours do for listings if they are relegated to a link on the listing in the MLS.
What company or companies do you work for?
Scott Hargis is very well known within architectural, interiors, and high-end real estate photography, but he is not a mainstream celebrity outside that professional world.
For photographers—especially those who use off-camera flash for interiors—he is an influential educator. His book The Essential Guide to Lighting Interiors is commonly treated as a foundational resource, and he has taught workshops internationally and created widely used real-estate-photography training.archphotoworkshops+1
His visibility also rose beyond the photography niche through a 2023 copyright case in which a jury awarded $6.3 million for willful infringement involving 42 of his architectural images—the statutory maximum per image.
I like to use Instagram.
My agent/client had a listing cancel. Her agreement with the seller is if the listing gets cancelled, the seller will reimburse her for her marketing costs and she will provide all receipts to the seller. So, in essence, the seller paid for the photos. However, she DID NOT give the photos to the seller.
The seller is now asking me to give him the photos. My agents know that I license the photos to them and them only and only up until the home is sold or the listing is cancelled.
This is the first time a seller has contacted me for this.
I'm seeing more and more Realtors get into the Instagram marketing game. Can you tell me what you're seeing?
About 4 months ago, I did photos for a private exclusive. The agent called me the other day and asked if I would send the photos to another Realtor he said he was partnering with on the listing. I suspect he may have lost the listing and given/sold the images to the next Realtor.
How can I confirm who the listing agent(s) are.
There is one hosted by acrepartners that I know of but, is there another one? I believe it's held once a year in Vegas.
Specifically, how do they deal with incorrect colors?
I'm pretty sure what they are doing is cold calling to get you clients by offering the first shoot to the Realtor for free. They charge you about $150 to get this "Lead".
So, you pay REP Engine $150 and do the shoot for free in hopes of getting the Realtor to love you more than everyone else and use you from then on. These "Leads" will most likely be low volume (1-2 shoots per year) Realtors.
Or maybe you work exclusively as a contractor for a real estate media company? Either way, do you have a payout sheet showing what you get paid for each type of photoshoot?
Would you be willing to DM it to me? I'm really curious what the average pay is for contractors.
Thank you in advance.
What percentage of your jobs/shoots are for Zillow Showcase? Do you have clients that do it on every listing?
What’s the likelihood that 2 different people would get the exact same virtual staging results from ChatGPT on the exact same photo?
I’m looking for someone I can ask questions.
If you think the industry is moving towards a more full service service, what will Realtors need? What are they looking for?
The platforms that provide marketing kits: what do they include?
