Any tips on the second one to make it look like he’s throwing the boomerang?

I know the 5th picture looks weird, but I couldn’t for the life of me figure out how to make it look like he was throwing the boomerang.

Intended to do more, but can’t find my action base. Also discovered the HG Lupus is not designed with posing in mind.

Didnt go to into detail on the clean up, as I just need it for one photo shoot (will post later) then it’s goin back into storage.

(With Pluma and Calamity era sword)

1. After applying tape
2. After painting
3. After removing tape next day
4. After touch ups and panel lining.

Didn’t have a gray paint so I mixed flat black, gloss white, and metallic silver. And just applied a thin coat over the white plastic.
