Long term bullish vision for polkadot

I know I'll get ripped apart for this from all the angry folks who lost money but I'll post it anyways.

I am still bullish on polkadot long term. I'm not saying to buy right now at this price. In fact, we're going to see it fall further with lockups coming and also just the state of the market overall is terrible. Wouldn't be surprised to see it sub .50 this year.

However, I will be buying at some point during the panic. My reasoning is simple. The world HATES America right now. Everyone is trying to actively get away from American products (were seeing a big push with the EU, especially around big tech which is one of the reasons Microsoft has been tumbling hard). The problem with trying to get away from American products is that you have to replace them, and they're integrated everywhere. My bet on polkadot is web 3.0, rebuilding the entire infrastructure/product structure for the world.

I'm not saying polkadot will be the sole layer 0 for the new internet, but it is a pretty solid candidate. Everyone is also looking for something new and exciting, and while these projects and web 3 isn't new, it's hasn't had a real push at actual widespread adoption. With the state of the world and where we're heading, this gives web 3 a great opportunity to be explored more. I am bullish on crypto as a whole long term, and I'm looking for projects to be valued due to their utility which we haven't seen yet. The world is looking for something new and to get away from these tech monopolies, web 3 and polkadot make that possible if people are committed to it.

So yes, keep shitting on this project. Price was absurd to begin with and it's getting a huge reality check. I will be buying at some point when the major panic starts setting in soon. Good luck all

My first stolen order win

Was driving home and had an order for Dairy Queen for $25+ popup on my screen. Figured it was a stolen order but it was on the way so thought I would check it out.

I go in and say who I'm here to pickup for, woman at the register says I'm the 6th driver in 2 hours and none of them spoke English. The order was for a medium blizzard and that's it. I told her I'll just pay for it but she made it for me for free (shout-out good human).

I messaged the customer and told them I have their blizzard and said it was probably stolen hence why it was taking so long and asked if they still wanted it. They said yes and sorry it took me so long (lol). I told them after I dropped it off that I'm sorry it took THEM so long to get it. Mission accomplished 🫡

Stop taking **** orders

Seriously. Everything is expensive, gas is through the roof still, just don't do it.

I think one of the greatest marketing schemes of Uber is they make you believe you can do this full time. In fact, everyone wants to believe that. I think this is a decent side hustle, but idk how some of you are doing this full time with actual expenses (real rent prices/not living with family for example).

I do this on the side. I have an advantage (and a privilege) that I get to be EXTREMELY picky with my orders. I'm talking $2/mile MINIMUM and it needs to put me in a good spot when done. No home depot, no grocery bullshit, just simple orders. I don't make as much as some people posting, but I'm also not driving 8 hours a day and accepting garbage $1/mile orders (or less even).

If you're struggling out there and looking for full time employment, I'm sorry. I hope your situation changes soon, and I understand the desperation/survival mindset, but you're better off getting a job at mcdonalds and looking for something else while doing this on the weekend. That's just the hard truth. Doing this as a weekend side hustle and being very picky is the way to do this. Don't settle for less.
