Driver going left. Indoor swing syndrome, alignment or settings?

Got my square Omni recently. Spent about an hour hitting balls on the range and messing around. Overall I’m quite pleased with it, except for driver seems to be weird.. everything comes out straight left. Not a hook or draw, just a dead shot way left. Distance seems normal’ish (I have distance turned up 6% since I play at altitude) except for ball speed seems a bit low. Omni is showing 148-153 though I’m actually closer to 163-168 from what I’ve seen on my old skytrak and at public sims.

I’ve tried to deliberately hit slices (over the top way open face) and it will go more straight but that’s it.

Is there a setting I need to change or an alignment thing? Irons/wedges seem fine and mostly accurate but driver is a problem.

Ordered the Omni direct from Square golf and have received zero info. Odd?

I ordered the Square Omni directly from their website (squaregolf.com) on 7/31 and the payment went through, but I have not received any confirmation email or shipping info. I've emailed their support team twice with no response...

Is this a typical experience? I know their busy... but it seems weird in 2026 to literally have no info provided.

206 gearing - crazy theory here?

Racing in the Briggs 206, I’ve consistently been about 0.3-0.5 seconds off the pace of the fast guys at the front. I usually run a pretty large rear sprocket to the rest of the guys. It’s the only way I’ve found to keep up and stay with them in a pack.

However, I’m consistently 4-6 teeth more on the rear than everybody else, which is great for coming out of corners but obviously I get smoked on the straights. I’ve geared it this way because I get bogged down so much in the slower corners or the sweepers.

So, I started thinking - am I perhaps going into the corner with the rpms too high that when I hit the brake and slow the kart, it is actually dropping rpms significantly more than it should? Perhaps the motor is dropping rpms more than it should ideally and that’s causing the bogging? Basically going from high rpm to low (say 5400->3800) rather than 5000–>3900) or something? Do the motors not like such a big transition? Clearly I have some cornering/driving work to improve on but it got me thinking. Crazy theory, or plausible?
