So I am looking to buy my first car, my budget is 15 to 20 thousand Canadian. I do not have any preferences for compagnies or models. What i want is a car that isn't a money pit for fuel, is fast, AWD or FWD, automatic (no cvt) and a 4 door 5 seater. Also i want to be able learn and mod the car out to make it look better and faster. Last thing is i want it to be reliable so it doesn't become a money pit.

Recently I have started being obsessed with calisthenics. It's my understanding that to start I need to improve on the pull ups. The problem I have is I can do 3 sets of 10(and maybe more) pull ups with a underhand grip but I can barely do 6 with a overhand or normal grip. What should I do to progress and get stronger?
