Reliable MMM tool for Programmatic

Media buyer at an indie agency here! We run across a few DSPs mainly for display and video. The activity is mainly driving view-through conversions (obv), and clients are starting to catch on and pulling back spend because they're under the impression, we're not actually driving performance, just claiming credit for purchases we didn't influence.

We've previously worked with TripleWhale but they seem more geared toward lead-gen, and most of our BoB is ecommerce, so ideally something that integrates well with Shopify. I'm on a small, lean team, not super senior, and don't have a ton of internal support to figure this out on my own, so I'm trying to gauge what some practical options are.

Has anyone worked with an MMM partner that actually isolates programmatic's real incremental lift (not just view-through), or has anyone built something custom, like a dashboard in Claude Code, instead of paying for a vendor? Trying to weigh different options here. Thanks!

First haul buying on thredup

I was looking for some basics to upgrade my timeless capsule closet. Thredup has been on my radar as I’ve seen loads of personalised ads from them on Pinterest, Facebook.

The clothes are coming tomorrow - I’m so excited! If everything is good quality and generally fits well, I’ll place another order soon. The algorithm is just too good because it always suggests the best stuff!

How to scale peptide business via DSP?

Anyone have any luck/success running programmatic ads for a peptide business? Our clients are doing fairly well on one platform and are looking for ways to scale quickly.

Problem is that we've failed to get them whitelisted on several DSPs including StackAdapt and Criteo. Currently running their ads on The Trade Desk and haven't run into any compliance issues so far. Any potential avenues we can explore for Display?

Been in programmatic for over 5 years, mainly managing various e-commerce accounts ranging from $5k to $50k in monthly spend on TTD, StackAdapt and DV360.

I recently stepped into a new role, and we have started to onboard a lot more lead gen clients (home improvement, legal services, B2B etc.). Things seem to be falling apart as we're seeing a lot more churn and DSP ultimately not being in line with the client's performance expectations.

From your experience, are there any nuances I should be aware of when setting up campaigns of this nature? I'm feeling very discouraged with overall performance and have a gut feeling my role will likely be affected if I don't start flipping performance around. Any insight on targeting, optimizations would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
