i feel stuck in the same place for about a year now!

started 2 years ago, been consistent mostly, and i eat mindfully with the odd cheat day.

i do calisthenics and pilates for my core.

first pic is 2 years ago, second one year ago and third today.

i feel as though i am the exact same if not less toned!!!

i have been training in the gym for over two years now, with pilates and started calisthenics about a year ago.

first pic is two years ago, second is a year ago and last is today.

any tips on defining core more would help! (i do not have hardly any visible abs without lighting)

skip the start since it's me just preparing

i used to be really nasal, now i think my voice sounds strained please tell me truthfully how it is and what to improve on!

this subreddit has really helped me not be nasal so thank you for that (:
