How to use hair mask ?

I have this gisou hair mask from the Sephora birthday set, and I’ve never used a hair mask before. The directions say “use as an overnight treatment weekly” but I’m not sure what that means??? do I apply it after I shower on wet hair, or apply it on dry hair and wash it in the morning?

Im not sure if this makes a difference, but the results I’m looking for are just to reduce frizz and dryness on wavy hair.

Any help is much appreciated!!!

Period pain & nausea

Hi! I’m 17, and I’ve had my period for about 8 years now. I’ve always had pretty light, but really painful periods. I’ve been prescribed every kind of non-invasive birth control that my gyno has to offer over the last couple years, but everything has made me incredibly nauseous and wake up at 2am throwing up for days straight, so I have to stop taking it. For a year, I haven’t been using anything but I’m not sure what to do anymore. I’m incredibly nauseous + anxious on/leading up to my period, and I have a really hard time eating as well.

I’m constantly told it’s just because I’m young and my body is still adjusting but I’m concerned and can’t continue dealing with this as it impacts my health/daily life/school.

This is my first time really posting anything so apologies if it’s TMI or stupid but I feel like I had to at least try to hear a new perspective maybe. Any advice or comments are extremely appreciated 🙏🙂‍↕️
