phone zombies

why do some people look at their phones when they really should concentrate on where they are going, notice the other people, and what is happening around them? how difficult is it to just step aside to a safe space to look at their phone before proceeding on their way? when they are walking toward me, I feel like I want to stop right in front of them and see what their reaction is.

I also do not appreciate when people have their phone external audio turned on (music/videos/phone conversations), but this is for a separate post.

wallpaper went black

has this happened to anyone else? it will briefly show my chosen wallpaper when opening a channel/app, but not while viewing the home screen. started a couple days ago.
