I wanted to host some raids, but... I don't think I'll manage to host even one

A lot of players say that Is better to do them in person but no one in my city plays (at least not legally)

Hi everyone, I want to buy a New 3DS XL, but all the ones I find on sites like eBay are Japanese, and the ones that aren't are overpriced. I know I can change the language with certain programs, but that would prevent me from accessing things like pokemon bank, and I'd like to know where I can buy an american 3DS. I should mention that I don't live in the United States, but in Mexico, so it would have to be an online purchase with international shipping.

I'm not looking to buy or sell here, I just want to know if anyone knows of any other places besides eBay.

Hi everyone, I want to buy a New Nintendo 3DS XL on eBay, but all the ones I find are LL (Japanese). I was thinking of changing the language, but I've been researching and it seems doing this can have some consequences, and I'd like to know what they are. I was going to hack it anyway, but apparently changing the language can cause problems with games and other issues like bricking it or getting banned by Nintendo.

I also don't have a PC to do more advanced modifications like unbricking it, so I don't want to risk it.

Sorry if I sound strange, but I'm not a native English speaker. (reference image)
