23-25. Injury Episode vinyl, baby tee on the side but I couldn’t get a good pic of it

My local rink bought a new set of rentals and gave some of their old ones away. I ended up grabbing a pair for extra parts (bearings, nuts, washers). Are the wheels good at all? They feel a little rubbery.
