Sad day when a chunk of the stack has to be let go.

Adios Amigos and thanks for hangin with me throughout the years. May your next home admire you as much as I.

I’d like honest opinions.

Most recent bathroom remodel. After grab bars and shower fixtures go in, they’ll obstruct some viewing, which is why I’m asking at this stage.

What failed?

At a clients, tile isn’t all I do, so my knowledge isn’t as extensive as someone who does it every day. Plywood underlayment, there’s Ditra heat wire in this space, except for apparently under the toilet. Tiles definitely weren’t back buttered, but it appears there’s no adhesion to the substrate. What would have caused this? I’m thinking I should use a primer before I set these tiles back.
