What’s the best way to get work on a dig?

Hello, I’m in my third year of my undergraduate and was wondering what’s the best way to get a job on a dig out of school? Like even as a shovel bum. Just curious on methods and/or getting in contact with the right people. Thanks a million.

What are some easy BDU mods?

I’ve already raid modded it, added a hood with scrim, shoulder scrim, patch Velcro, added a pocket that can fit a spare mag, and plan to add zipper armpit vents. What would you guys recommend otherwise?
