I’m thinking of getting a circumcision with Circumcision Pro in London after reading positive reviews on here.

I’ve been having what may be the early stages of BXO and have had on off issues with my foreskin before. I’ve been having relief with autocircumcision over the past week, so am comfortable with moving forward.

My worry is that I’m definitely grower, and would like the glans to be exposed at all times. For anyone with similar experiences, how did they go about measuring the ideal cut? Do they just guess? Induce an erection and measure?

Also, I have quite a bit of rotation in my foreskin, so if anyone has any pointers on that, please let me know. Means stapler is probably out of the question.

Have been dealing with different degrees of inflammation on glans for close to 6 months now. Tried hydrocortisone, fluconazole, thrush cream. Persistent non raised red area on glans that gets easily irritated. Seems to be more comfortable when retracted for longer periods, but doesn’t go away.

I have other autoimmune conditions and am now starting to consider bxo as an option.

GP seems out of his depth and duration for referral is too long so will go private.

Should I see a urologist or a dermatologist?
