Radioactive fluid

My husband was given this tea infuser that he doesn't care for, and i'm looking to turn it into a prop for my Fallout TTRPG campaign for my players.

i'm looking to create an opaque liquid, either pale blue or green, and have some kind of glow or light source within (probably something i'd put in just before giving it to the players). ideally i'd like the liquid to remain stable over time, but if not i can wash and redo it next time i show it off

Thanks for any suggestions!

Running a wildfire encounter

Hello DMs! i'm running a 2014 5e campaign with three players who have just hit level 8. our last session they fought a Fire Giant Dreadnought who, once he realised he was losing, threw one of his coal filled shields as far as he could into the nearby forest.

our next session they'll attempt to reach it and put it out before it spreads, and i'm looking for advice to keep this encounter engaging and consequential

geographically, the shield landed on a forest hillside in the lower half of a mountain range and scattered coals along the way. there is a nearby river a few minutes walk from the impact point

Come to the RV, or I'll...

Has anyone found any significance to the pictures or their placement? is it a map? a story?
