So I use to be able to change the rating either by support or going into my trips, well now that is gone. Also why are drivers forced to rate a rider but riders are not? Lyft you have the choice if you want. Why can’t Uber do the same. Has anyone tried to contact the higher ups to have some type of change if I dont want to rate a rider now I have the choice? Maybe a change for a good cause for us drivers.
