Pack bull and main character rapidly starving in desert.

My very beginning was going great until I suddenly started starving to death out of nowhere.

I'd be mining iron near Heng I believe. And my pack bull would die I had on 2 times speed so it took like seconds to go from full to dead. Main character would die a few seconds later. They were both standing next to each other and I had like 2 food cubes 6+ dried meat and 2 gohans? The rice veggie dish. I kept reloading and having the same issues. The only difference was sometimes my bull would eat all food then die sometimes just starve to death without eating then my character would starve without so much as nibbling a morsel. I slowed the play speed down which gave me more time to react for the same result.

Why do they die so fast? I had a 6 or 7 character playthrough I abandoned because I jumped into base building too quickly, and just felt stuck. Never had a character starve and I only ever carried 1-2 dried meat per person. Is this a glitch or am I stupid? I'd been running around not mining and didn't have this issue. So then I thought maybe it's a local area issue so let's move north. I get a bit north and starve.

I'm very new to this game. I thought it might be dust storms because a dust storm was usually blowing through when I started starving. Not always though. I checked a few forums and the answer was make sure animals have auto feed on. It's on.

Jade plant leaves fell off trunk by dirt is soft rotting.

I haven't watered it in weeks. It thrived last year with way more water. Tried a bunch of sun, less sun, indirect sun, less water.

The branches are still firm, but near the dirt is soft, rotting and has water retained beneath the bark. Wondering if I should cut my losses and make cuttings from the branches.

Impacted roots causing high water retention is my best guess at this point. Empty the pot break dirt away from roots and repot? Or make cuttings until the take root and replant?

It's been in this weird limbo state for a month or 2.

Petition to ban u/Formal-Stage940 for his own good

Over 66 posts regarding Metroman in the last month or so. Spamming every powerscaling sub he can.

His mother contacted me and asked me to get him banned he is having a manic episode and has scrawled. DEATH TO METROFRAUD all over his NEET nest in his blood, urine, and feces. He also stapled a Metroman mask to his flashlight and has gotten it pregnant somehow.

Please give him a vacation mods his mother misses him.

This isn't even shit posting it's spam. Seriously mods this is a genuine request. He's spammed Metroman posts like 5 dozen times over the last month. I've tried sending him job applications. His mother started a reddit account just to DM me and said please tell Steven I love him and come home were worried about him. She says she's sorry she ever bought a copy of megamind and she'll buy you a life sized Metroman dummy to beat up if you come home.
