ucsd has better location and weather, and ds is selective major

uiuc cs has good reputation and hardcore courses, and cs+math is quite the same as cs in terms of finding jobs

I'm wondering what are the course selection priorities for the DS and CS majors at ucsd? Can ucsd get access to the CS courses? And how about the resources? Cuz I think uiuc's major ranking is better.
