I have a lot in Wheeling and I need the weeds cut back. The city fined me $100. I live in Colorado so I can't do it. Anyone want to give me a quote to cut it back? It's in Eoff St.

The first one I tried broke, now I've researched more, I think it can't been done because it's too big and I'm using a torch.
I've burnt out all the binder and pieces of this have gotten the glow but not all at the same time.

This growth came up on my neutered girls back paw a few weeks ago. She had a slight limp but most of the time she was happy, eating, drinking and happy.
