Just arrived today, 1280g on my scales, slightly out of spec for weight. Spins true. Needed grease behind endcaps(literally dry as a bone). 31mm external, 25mm internal

pls ignore the stack height, it is how my sister wanted it setup, as she is still relatively new to cycling(the saddle will be lower than pictured, setup for me to test ride around the block)

all parts scavenged from my own bike so that i have a reason to upgrade parts ;)

Weighs in at 8.03kg with pedals and cages. can definitely go lighter on cassette, cockpit and saddle(need to order that in soon). big upgrade from her 2013 cannondale synapse alloy

full build completed by myself, including cutting the steerer and full internal routing

2019 Giant TCR SL DB szM. 7.1kg including bottle cages, pedals, computer and computer mount, rear light and loaded saddle bag. Budget build coming in at sub $2000usd. Mechanical 105 1x12 with chain guide. Can probably save grams going down to 140mm rotors and upgrading to DA calipers.
