AWS SAA-C03 - Passed

First, I want to say, 'THANK YOU' to this subreddit. I could not done it without all of the information shared in this group. Happy to say that I pass the exam today!

I'll share my training path as it my prove informative to others. For context, I've worked with AWS for years, had a certified cloud practioner cert that lapsed and currently have the GenAI practioner ('25) and Data Engineer associate('24).

- 2026-07-20 - Started Stephane Maarek's course

- 2026-08-12 - Finished Stephane Maarek's course

- 2026-08-13 - Took the official study questions from AWS - 40%

- 2026-08-17 - Reviewed my notes. Took a few practice questions on Tutorials Dojo

- 2026-08-18 - Took the 1st Tutorials Dojo practice test - 66%
- reviewed my wrong and flagged answers

- 2026-08-19 - Took the 2nd Tutorials Dojo practice test - 62%
- reviewed my wrong and flagged answers, rewatch appropriate Maarek videos and Google/Gemini'd anything else.

- 2026-08-20 - Passed the exam.

I found the Tutorials Dojo exams to be a reasonable proximation of the real exam. I think the biggest reason my score went up was because of how much I was able to address after the practice runs.

Also, time management is key. At the halfway mark, I realized I needed to speed up to make sure I could cover all of the questions. Ironically, I felt more confident in these answers; perhaps because I didn’t have time to second guess myself.

Thanks again everyone!

Understanding the Well Architected Framework

Hey all -

I am in the final stretch of preparing for Certified Solutions Architect Associate exam (AWS SAA-C03). I've repeatedly seen guidance to review the whitepapers, specifically the one on the Well Architected Framework. The version of the doc I found (linked below) is 1,002 pages, which is a little more than I have time for right now. How have people best gotten up to speed on its key points for the exam?

Thanks all!

Audio delay with emulation

Hey all -

I was wondering if anyone else had any issues with audio delay. My set up is Cannoli on external storage (USB 3.0 thumb drive). If I play Super Punchout on SNES, you can see the punch land about 0.5s before the sound goes off.

I explored the audio sync in Onn's systems settings. That seemed to be ok. I've turned off surround sound. That made it a lot better, but it still seems a little off. Next steps would be to experiment with moving to internal storage or using Retroarch.

Curious if anyone else has had this issue and found a solution. Thanks all!

Multiple Workout Lists?

Hey all -

Is there a way to maintain multiple lists of workouts? For example, I use the bookmarks for workouts I'd like to do at a later time. I'd like to have an additional list of 3-4 strength classes that I can repeatedly take to target improvements in weight or rep count. Or, perhaps another one for a 6 week flexibilty rotation. Are there ways to do this inside of the app or otherwise?

I did a quick search, but couldn't find a thread on it. If I missed it, feel free to link me to it.
