Should I replace mega Metagross with Mega Sceptile as my secondary mega because 90% of the time, I'm going to mega evolve my Frosslass? So, what do you guys think??

This is my Mega Metagross team with Fire, Water, Grass core. Milotic is my bulky water type, Skeliderge is for Fairy and Steel types, Decidueye is for dealing with Ghost types and Swampert.
This team is good when it is good, otherwise, I feel like something is missing.
Some of the weaknesses, I am aware of are
Weak to ice( 3 mons)
Weakness to the dark type.
Not enough burst damage.
Odd middling speed( fast in trickroom but otherwise slow).
What should I do?? Suggest me changes.
I want to make a sand team, hence I am going with mega T-tar, mega Vena for rain teams, Basc is my sweeper, Garchomp because it is the only mon who can take advantage of sand.
Hydriegon for tailwind and deal with that stupid bridge. Sneasler to deal with dark types.
What you guys think? How should I go with it? Any changes or suggestions?
