I would say they did,.. yes it's just one box for now.. but Eldar are scattered army like crazy and Ynnari don't look that good lately for GW..

Im curious if Ynnari will still be in the next book.. prob yes, but maybe last time..

Second option is they really split Eldar into two fractions.. Craftworld and something like Outcast .. but I don't know if eldar have enough players to split them like that

Don't get me wrong I like Dinos, but I will say this release prob hurt Eldar more than help.. we need Avengers, Karandras, Shadow Specters, Autarch on bike, Wright Seer, Illic Nightspear, Drastanta, Corsair Baron general characters... and much more.. not open new black hole..

Here is my theory why Skyreaver Felarch dont have 4++ ..

When they release it they for sure know two thing .. new fast roll save system in 11th and the want make Eldritch riders strategem to Anhrathe go back into reserve and heal .. so when you combine it with their ability to fly away from combat .. you have actually unit who charge in do some dmg (3att power weapons), then up 9models can die back on fast roll Felarch survive and go for 1cp back into reserve to heal unit to full .. (and you cant even Precison him bcs he is not character)

that will be actually pretty strong

still not bad with other corsairs but they cannot run away at end of the combat

Scatter laser have sus.2 not 1, and Starcannon hit on 2+
