Hello, I recently sent in a gaming laptop that shut off and can't be powered back on or be charged. I have bitlocker on the laptop but I am concerned that they will look at my personal files even though my laptop just needs the motherboard replaced. What does HP repair typically do? Will bitlock protect me? Will they be able to see my files or will they just wipe the ssd? Im quite worried since uhhh... well.. I have alot of "stuff" on my laptop.
