We have an early morning radiation appointment at Juravinski tomorrow, and my husband would like to go for breakfast afterwards. Not being from the Hamilton area, can anyone recommend a near by place to grab breakfast afterwards? I’ve driven by Diner on Concession- are they good or is there another place worth checking out. Doesn’t need to be fancy, just good hearty breakfast fare.

Looking for some advice. My husband has been diagnosed with a terminal brain tumour and has had his licence taken away. We have 2 vehicles in his name, and we would like to trade them both in for a new car. I'm trying to find the easiest way to trade in both vehicles and put the new in my name. I've listed several options below:
My husband can draft a letter that I can take to the dealership, authorizing the sale of the vehicles and then have the new vehicle in my name. (preferred method)
Trade in the 2 vehicles, put my husband as the new owner and then transfer the ownership to me at the MTO.
Go to MTO and transfer both vehicles to my name before trading them in. My only concern is I can't seem to find a straight answer if I am HST exempt on transferring both vehicles or just one.
When I spoke to the dealership, the salesperson was pushing option 3, but I'm convinced he's doing this to make his life easier and not mine.
Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
