I damaged my barrier in may and above my lip n sides of nose isn’t healing it’s stings when stretched and not moisturised

I’ve been struggling with my skin for 2 months now I had completely clear skin until coming off the pill and it made me really oily n whiteheads so I panicked n over treated my skin n damaged it, I’ve been fixing it since but now im left with a lot of pie and closed comodeones im really stuck on what to do because its damaging my mental health and getting so many different opinions online n i feel like im overreacting because it isnt bad like other peoples
